We will work together to brainstorm or co-create an actionable plan or design a program that makes the most of your ideas so that your intent can make positive impact. Together, we’ll explore how you can work with and alongside the communities and people doing similar work to you.

Evening hours beyond scheduled calendar hours by request only.

$50 flat rate charge for travel outside of Greater Hartford.

Please note: pricing may vary slightly based on scope and scale of project, activity, or program. Any variation in pricing will always be communicated with you as the client.

1:1 Consultation: $170

Looking to explore and understand a top problem, pain point, or asset area so you can get moving in the right direction? A 1:1 Single Consultation gets you moving in the right direction quickly so that you don’t waste time or resources and is quick way to get a return on your investment. 1:1 consultations are also a great place to start if you are looking to explore other services Be Intentive has to offer.

Includes:

  • Pre-Session Form where you can enter a list of questions that you want to discuss ahead of the meeting so we can have enough time to prepare actionable advice for your unique situation
  • A 50-minute (consultation via Zoom or via phone call)
  • A summary of our meeting- up to 250-words

1:1 Consultation & Concept Action Plan: $250

This is ideal if you want to build upcoming steps for an activity, event, or program that your business is trying to execute or if you need help discovering a direction you can go.

Includes:

  • Pre-Session Questionnaire to explore your current structures and goals
  • 90-minute (consultation via Zoom or via phone call)
  • Brainstorming session where we will explore your one concept
  • Point of difference outlook: What makes your activity, event, or program unique or needed?
  • Pinpoint of areas of possible growth, scale, and opportunity
  • Clear action plan to get your activity, event, or program moving confidently in a new direction. (Up to 350 words)

The Deep Dive Consultation Package | $700

Receive programmatic assistance to design a specific event, program, or activity in the form of three drafts of an innovative concept that you can present to your team.

Includes:

  • Three 1:1 consultation meetings + ongoing communication with you/your staff
  • Delivery of three concepts for an activity, event or program including:
    • Brainstorming session where we will explore your concept
    • Point of difference outlook: What makes your activity, event, or program unique or needed?
    • Pinpoint of areas of possible growth, scale, and opportunity
  • Clear action plan to get your activity, event, or program moving confidently in a new direction. (Up to 450 words)

    Add on    : any additional 1:1 consulting hours can be added to your package for a reduced rate of $125 an hour
