I’ll work with your team to design and facilitate meetings and training sessions with the goal achieving results through a process that honors your time and creates stronger collaboration. My approach uses participation, experiential learning that brings your team’s assets forward, and borrows from frameworks created by the Interaction Institute for Social Change.

My past facilitation work includes:

    – Supporting difficult conversations around power, privilege, and oppressive structures and systems in order to create common goals
    – Supporting efforts design that initiate social action and transformation through diversity, equity, access, inclusion

    – Supporting students looking to create programming impacting other students
    – Supporting faculty and administration looking to create programming and events that impact students
    – Training for faculty and staff in how to include students as partners and creators in their own learning
  • Social Action Building
    – Analyzing situations from a systems perspective to generate breakthroughs and leverage transformational change
