Resources for teaching African American/Black and Hispanic and Latino/a/x/e History
Below are links to lists of curriculum units and classroom resources developed by teachers and student, specifically with a critical, antiracist lens. I had the opportunity to collaborate on the Summer Workshop for Teaching of African American/Black & Puerto Rican/Latino Studies at CCSU in June 2021 and made the resource lists I built with my colleagues sharable. These resources were gathered with a great team of educators, researchers, and practitioners including the 2020 CT Teacher of the year.
